Rolodex reads your Gmail, Calendar and Contacts with read-only access. It never sends, deletes or changes anything in your Google account.
Your network graph is stored encrypted with a key of its own on Reservoir's servers in Google Cloud (United States), in a project used only for Rolodex. Message text is processed only by an open model running on Reservoir's own servers; no AI vendor receives your mail. Reservoir staff do not read your data.
To find public profiles, Rolodex sends a search engine a contact's name plus their company or city, and nothing else. Short typed decisions (for example whether a search result is the same person) go to Jev with names, companies and public page text, never your messages.
Google user data is used only to build and answer questions about your own network. It is not sold, shared, used for advertising or used to train models. Rolodex's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Delete everything at any time by asking Claude to delete your Rolodex data, which removes your graph, keys and tokens and revokes Rolodex's Google access; backups age out within 7 days. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Questions: yaniv@reservoirco.io.
